About

A plastic packaging manufacturer built for skincare brands

We develop, mould, decorate, assemble and inspect plastic packaging for skincare and cosmetic products — then ship it worldwide with documentation that supports supplier qualification.

Our work spans bottles, jars, airless packaging, tubes and the closures that go with them, in PET, PP, HDPE, PE, acrylic, PCR and bio-based materials. Most projects start from a stock mould with custom colour and decoration; where a proprietary format is needed, we develop the mould and inspect the first article against the drawing.

One packaging engineer owns each project from brief to shipment, which is why our answers are technical rather than commercial: wall thickness, dose per stroke, fill height, closure torque and carton-out quantity are part of the conversation.

What we are built on

Capability you can check, not slogans

These are the eight areas buyers evaluate in a packaging supplier, and what we can document for each.

Manufacturing experience

Plastic packaging produced in injection-moulded, blow-moulded and extruded formats, coordinated through our own project engineering team and audited partner production sites.

Flexible MOQ

Stock mould formats start at 1,000 pcs per design. Mixed-colour and mixed-closure orders are quoted so small brands can test the market before committing to a full production run.

Custom development

Bottle and jar design, CAD engineering, 3D-printed prototypes, SLA samples and full mould development for proprietary formats including airless constructions.

Reliable quality control

Incoming resin checks, in-process dimension and weight checks, leak and pump-output testing, colour verification (ΔE) and AQL final inspection before packing.

Fast sampling

Stock formats ship in 5–10 working days. Custom-decorated samples for photography and stability testing in 10–20 working days, with tracking shared at dispatch.

Decoration services

In-house and vetted decoration: screen printing, UV digital printing, hot stamping, spray coating, soft-touch, frosted and metallic finishing, labelling and logo application.

Global shipping

FOB, CIF, DDP and air-freight options with carton optimisation, pallet loading plans and export documentation for North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Professional B2B support

One packaging engineer as your technical contact, English-language documentation, drawing revisions under version control, and replies within one business day.

What we publish — and what we verify with you

Figures such as capacity, headcount, certificate numbers and audit results are specific to a production site and order. We share them as documents during supplier qualification instead of publishing claims on a marketing page.

  • Packaging formats, materials, capacities and closures we quote regularly
  • Decoration and surface-finishing processes we can run in series production
  • Stated MOQ bands, sampling lead times and production lead times
  • Documentation supplied for supplier qualification, listed explicitly

Verified per project

  • Quality management documentation for the specific production site handling your order
  • Material declarations (resin grade, REACH/SVHC statements, recycled-content certificates where applicable)
  • Test reports for the actual mould, recipe and surface treatment of your project
  • Factory audit documentation and equipment lists, shared under NDA on request
  • Reference projects and sample shipments that can be sent to your team

We do not publish certificate scans, customer logos, testimonial quotes or production-capacity numbers that we cannot tie to a specific facility and date.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a packaging manufacturer and export supplier: our engineering team owns design, mould development, decoration specification and quality inspection, and production runs on injection, blow-moulding and extrusion equipment at audited production sites.

Can you sign an NDA before I share a design?

Yes, mutual NDAs are standard before drawings, formulations or brand-specific artwork are shared, and custom tooling is produced exclusively for your project.

How do you handle certifications and audit requests?

We supply the documents that match the production site and grade in your order — quality management documentation, material declarations, recycled-content certificates and test reports — rather than publishing certificate logos that cannot be verified per project.
