MOQ depends on the model, capacity, colour and decoration. Selected stock formats are listed from 1,000 pieces, while custom-decorated orders or unique mould designs typically start at 10,000 pieces. The product-specific requirement on each page takes priority.

Please provide the model or reference image, required capacity (fill volume), formula type (viscosity/active ingredients), quantity per size and colour, closure type, decoration requirements, destination port and target launch date.

We specify whether components are packed assembled or separately. Carton quantities and dimensions are confirmed via a packing specification. We quote FOB, CIF, DDP and air freight, with export documentation prepared for your destination.

Contact your sales representative with the lot number, affected quantity, and photos/video. We review against the retained production sample and agreed inspection record to provide a remedy (replacement, credit, or sorting) in writing.

Choice follows the formula and process: PET offers high clarity for water-based toners; PP provides superior chemical resistance and heat tolerance for treatment serums; HDPE is opaque and durable for large-volume cleansers and hair care.

No. Bottle height describes only the container body. Total height includes the specified closure assembly (pump, sprayer, or cap). Always request the assembly drawing for your specific pump/bottle combination before checking filling line clearance.

Our standard QC covers resin grade, dimensions (height/diameter/neck), weight, fill capacity, closure torque/leak resistance, pump output (ml/stroke), and decoration adhesion (tape test). AQL 1.0 major / 2.5 minor limits are applied unless otherwise agreed.

Yes. Dip tube length is cut to the specific bottle height minus 2-4mm clearance. Tubes can be angled or Sagged to improve formula drainability to the last drop.

Yes. PCR options (25% to 100%) are available for selected projects. Recycled-content percentages and GRS certificates are confirmed for the specific resin grade and component used, rather than a generic brand-level claim.

We focus on mono-material constructions (e.g., all-PP or all-HDPE packs) which sort reliably in current recycling streams. Actual recyclability depends on local infrastructure and decoration choices like full-body sleeves.

Yes. Material declarations and contact-suitability statements from our resin suppliers are forwarded with your samples or upon production confirmation to ensure compliance with your destination market.

We support beauty brands, contract manufacturers, and distributors sourcing custom plastic packaging for retail or professional lines. Project fit is based on your specific format, volume, and documentation requirements.

Production orders normally run 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy. Sample and trial orders are prepaid. Terms are stated in the quotation rather than negotiated per order.

Yes. Send the filling line details and the closure torque specification you use and we will confirm neck finishes, top-load requirements and whether airless filling (bottom-up or vacuum-assisted) is needed.

Send the lot number, defect description and photos. We check the retained sample and the lot inspection record, then agree replacement, credit or sorting in writing.

Yes. Send the formula viscosity, fill volume, quantity and positioning and we will recommend two or three formats with capacities, materials, closures and indicative price bands — no account or purchase order required.

Quality management documentation for the production site, material declarations for the resin grade, recycled-content certificates where the grade is certified, lot-level test reports, and support for third-party factory inspections.

We can supply packs for your own filling and testing, and we recommend a compatibility soak test: fill to production level, close at the specified torque, store 4–12 weeks at 40 °C, then check weight loss, deformation, colour and closure function.

Yes. Drawings, colour standards and retained decoration samples are held per project so repeat orders can be produced without re-approval, within the agreed colour tolerance.

We provide the material and design information needed to complete those labels — polymer type per component, mono-material status and decoration specification. Label wording and regulatory compliance remain with the brand.
