Company

Bottking works with beauty brands, contract manufacturers and distributors that need plastic skincare packaging with dependable specifications. Our work covers stock mould supply for fast launches and custom development when a brand needs a proprietary format.

The commercial model is deliberately simple: a brand describes the formula, capacity and finish it needs, and we quote the format, MOQ, sampling time and lead time in writing. One packaging engineer owns the project from sampling to final inspection.

What we do

We produce plastic packaging for skincare and cosmetics in four format families: bottles, jars, airless packaging, and tubes with their matching closures. Each family is quoted in PET, PP, HDPE, PE, acrylic, PCR or bio-based plastic depending on the formula and the shelf presence the brand wants.

Development work includes CAD engineering, 3D-printed prototypes, mould tooling, decoration planning and freight planning so that landed cost is visible before the order is confirmed.

  • Stock mould catalogue for launches in weeks rather than months
  • Custom mould development for proprietary bottle and jar designs
  • Airless and refillable constructions for oxidation-sensitive formulas
  • Decoration: screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping, coating and finishing
  • Documentation and export logistics for worldwide delivery

Who we work with

Most projects come from four buyer types: indie beauty brands launching a first line, established skincare brands adding SKUs, contract manufacturers sourcing packaging on behalf of several brands, and distributors buying across a portfolio.

We quote single-SKU trial orders and multi-SKU annual programmes with equal seriousness, and we are explicit about the MOQ that each route requires.

How we communicate

English-language quotations, drawings and inspection reports. Written updates every 24–48 hours during sampling and production. No account creation is required to request a quote, a sample or a technical review.
