Toner is used generously, so larger formats improve cost per use — but check carton-out quantity, since a taller bottle can reduce pallet utilisation.

- Compatibility soak test for acid and alcohol toners (4–12 weeks at 40 °C)
- Spray pattern and dose measured with your formula, not with water
- Leaf-proofness of the label in humid use
- Closure torque and leak test for shipping

For mild AHA/BHA toners, yes with a compatibility test. For strongly acidic or high-alcohol formulas we recommend PP, which resists stress cracking better over the product's shelf life.

A fine-mist sprayer in 18/415 or 20/410 for 50–200 ml bottles, rated for water-thin formulas up to about 30 cP. Test the spray pattern with your formula before production.
What capacity sells best for toner?
200–300 ml covers most Western toner launches, with 150 ml for K-beauty essences and 50–120 ml for facial mists.
