Moulding routes and what they suit
The process determines tolerance, clarity and cost at a given capacity.

Standard capacities and closures
Stock moulds cover 15, 20, 30, 50, 60, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 750 and 1,000 ml. Neck finishes are standardised at 18/415, 20/410, 24/410, 28/410 and 33/410 so closures can be mixed across a range.

What is the smallest and largest plastic bottle you produce?
From 15 ml travel formats to 1,000 ml body and professional sizes. Below 15 ml, tubes and dropper formats are usually more economical; above 1,000 ml, HDPE containers move into a different production category.
Can I use the same closure across different bottle sizes?
Yes if the neck finish is the same. Sticking to 24/410 or 28/410 across a range allows one closure family to serve several bottles, reducing both cost and MOQ pressure.
Do you supply bottles with print or without?
Both. We ship undecorated bottles for in-house filling and labelling, or fully decorated with printing, hot stamping, coating and labels ready for your line.
How are bottles packed for export?
In export cartons with quantity verification, or with closures assembled and torqued. We provide carton dimensions, net and gross weight and pallet plans with every quotation.
